What I do
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the Crown theory• Flag missing disclosure and avenues for further inquiry• Uncover subtle details that challenge the Crown theory• Deliver clear reports with pinpoints to disclosure
Who I am
I am a Yukon-based defence lawyer with seven years of courtroom experience. I have appeared at every level of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
How I Work
I follow the evidentiary breadcrumbs that lead to reasonable doubt. My approach is obsessive, detail-driven, and trial-focused. I see patterns and details in photographs, notes, and statements that others overlook — insights that shift narratives and open defences.I compare information in disclosure with real-world data - for example, the weather at the time of the allegation, what the scientific literature says about a particular injury, or geolocation data - to test and challenge the Crown theory at every step.
Why it Matters
I don’t just help manage your workload. I bring a legally trained and critical eye that will elevate your advocacy and strengthen your reputation with the bench and your clients.
